Looking forward to the book, but it was very complex organization and content to offer a little more than a catalog of HD formats. It is the adoption of HDV is problematic because there are problems with the codec in your post. No mention of 2K and 4K, and would like some nonlinear systems, which handle high-definition. Unfortunately, it keeps updated.
